Answers to the things we are asked most.
Orders
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are prepared the same day. Delivery is typically 2–5 working days, and complimentary shipping applies over €100.
Write to us as soon as you can. If the order has not yet left the atelier we will happily amend it.
Sizing
Each product page lists a size guide. If you are between sizes, we usually suggest the larger for knitwear and the smaller for tailored pieces.
Yes — exchanges are welcome within 30 days, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed once the original piece has returned to us.
Returns
You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Care
Wash gently and cool, reshape while damp, and let natural fibres rest between wears. Detailed care notes sit inside every garment.
